Nu was er dit jaar een hoop gedoe rondom de Zwarte Pieten en, hoewel ze er nu nog redelijk goed vanaf gekomen zijn*, het is niet uit te sluiten dat deze vrolijke, acrobatische en totaal niet slavernij-gerelateerde mannen ooit alsnog van de zijde van de Sint moeten wijken. Mocht het zover komen, dan willen we natuurlijk wat ideeën klaar hebben liggen voor Piet-vervangers. Daarom aan jullie de twijfelachtige eer om een nieuwe sidekick voor de Sint te ontwerpen! Yeah, that's how long ago the previous journal is. And even though there is a lot to be told about my 2012 I don't feel like elaborating on it all. Just because. Today I went to get myself a year subscription for the public transport. In order to avoid unnecessary costs, I walked a bit of the trip. Then, as I walked over the Erasmus Bridge, I just realized for the first time that the year is coming to an end soon.
