Some people might have noticed it: I've grown a bit distant and silent lately. A lot of crap has found it's way to me and mine the past months. 'Bout time I start writing it off my mind. For once my journal is entirely meant just to relieve my mind of some thoughts. As I write this I really don't care how, if at all, you guys'll react, I just want to be rid of it. That doesn't mean comments aren't welcome though.
Here we go.

First of all, to you, the policeman or woman who's been doing the investigation regarding those guys who beat me up, last April. Thanks. My utmost and well-meant thanks for the wonderful work you've done. Holland is so much safer, and that all thanks to you.
Yes, that was sarcasm. You didn't do shit. I went to the police at the start of the May Holidays. All that happened since then, is some witnesses being heard. Which happened before the Summer Holidays. I know, I called. Nothing has changed since. Way to go.

To you, who has had the car accident. Turns out you might have had a whiplash after all. We all really hope it's nothing like that, you've been through enough lately. Just know we're still there for you, even though you might never be able to work again, or do as much other things as you used to. You're sixty, there are people who don't even make it that long. We're glad you did.

To you, whose brother probably has MS. It really hit you hard, I noticed. Know that I'm always there for you, if you want to talk. After all, you were always there for me as well. Just don't hide it from the world, I know you're used to doing so. There are things that just are too much for one person to handle.

And to you, who doesn't talk to me anymore, because I'm To Blame for Everything, however kind I might have meant things. I won't ask you for things, won't make any sarcastic or cynic remarks towards or regarding you, reproach you with anything, or simply make fun of you here. As you can see, I've got enough on my mind, without having to make a fuss about your behavior. Besides, I'm tired of always having to be the first one to take action.
Things are in your hands now. I could care less about what you'll decide to do.
